Join the Coalition Against Prejudice on August 1st for the National March for Black Lives

Join the National March for Black Lives in Westminster on August 1st. Begin at noon from one of two starting locations and converge on Westminster City Hall to listen to speakers and support the momentum for change. The information for the local National March for Black Lives can be found here:

The march will take us through the city of Westminster, past the Library, past the courthouses and the jail, and then end at City Hall, which is where the government offices are located. (full route will be posted soon). Once at city hall we will have an assembly with guest speakers (TBA) lasting until 3 pm.

Coalition Against Prejudice (CAP) is a Carroll County community based activist group dedicated to the protection of civil rights, human rights, and equality. We are calling on Every Black Man - Every Black Women and Every Ally to take the streets, we are asking you too show up at your Police Departments, your State Houses, your City Halls, your Jail Houses.
We as people of color are tired of being killed and hunted down like animals. We are calling for tougher hate crime laws and tougher laws that will hold Law Enforcement accountable.
Also calling for the Police Unions across America to stop protecting law enforcement that kills unarmed people.

We are asking if you are older then 60 or have health issues Please STAY HOME!
